摘要
针对某型装备备件供应保障存在横向调拨的情况,提出了基于调拨方案的两级库存备件优化配置方法。在建立备件两级联合库存模型的基础上,根据备件调拨方案做出相应假设,建立了支援调拨模型。结合装备保障实际和调拨方案,构造约束条件,建立两级库存系统配置优化模型,以两级库存系统缺货量最少、支援调拨量最大为优化目标,并利用遗传算法对优化模型进行求解,得到备件优化配置清单和调拨方案。算例结果表明该方法对于解决调拨情况下的装备备件优化配置问题具有良好的适用性。
Because the equipment spares supply need horizontal allocation, the optimization inventory al- location approach for two-echelon joint inventory with allocation schemes is presented. Based on two-ech- elon inventory-share model, some hypotheses are described according to allocation schemes, and alloca- tion model is established. Combined with equipment support situation and allocation schemes, constraint conditions are constructed, the optimization allocation model of two-echelon inventory system is estab- lished with the minimum transfer spares and the maximum shortage being as target. Finally, the optimiza- tion allocation model is solved by genetic algorithm, and the optimum spares list and allocation schemes are acquired. In the ease, the result shows the approach is applicable for spares optimization of equip- ment spares allocation with allocation schemes.
