摘要
建立婴幼儿奶粉中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的气相色谱质谱检测方法.样品经正己烷振荡萃取,4 ℃(3 000 r/min)离心后用气相色谱质谱法检测.在本实验条件下,奶粉中十五种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物质量浓度在0~8.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,最低检出限0.018~0.45 mg/kg,相对标准偏差2.93%~10.23%.该方法能同时检测婴幼儿奶粉中十五种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,简单易操作,回收率及精密度均能达到分析要求,结果较满意.
To establish a method that determinate phthalate esters residues in Infant milk powder by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Samples were extracted with hexane and centrifuging at 4 ℃ with 3 000 rpm/rain, then detected by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Under the condition of this experiment, The correlation coefficients of 15 PAES compounds in milk powder were good in the concentration range of 0-8.0 mg/L. The limits of detection were 0.018-0.45 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation (RSD) were 2,93%-10.23%. The method can be used to determine 15 PAES compounds in infant milk powder simultaneously. It was simple, effective and could meet the re- quirements of analysis.
