摘要
南瓜原产美洲,根据方志等记载南瓜在16世纪上半叶就引种到中国西南地区,西南地区是南瓜的最早传入地之一,之后南瓜作为菜粮兼用的作物迅速在西南地区推广。南瓜在西南地区引种的时间、路径以及明清、民国时期南瓜在西南地区的推广和分布情况,需要理清,同时进一步分析了南瓜在西南地区推广的动因及影响。
Pumpkin is originated in America. According to Chinese local chronicles, pumpkin was first introduced to the southwest China in the first half of the 16th cetttury, as a food crop which was rapidly spread all over the Southwest China. This paper research on the time and the path of pumpkin＇s introduction in Southwest China, as well as it＇s condition of spread and distribution from the period of Ming to Republic of China. At last focuses on the motivation of pumpkin spread and it＇s influence in Southwest China.
