摘要
硅酸钙板是一种新型的建筑节能材料,导热系数是反映其隔热保温性能的重要物理量。针对防护热板法测定硅酸钙板导热系数原理存在的缺陷进行了讨论,用大空间自然对流理论对计算公式进行了修正,并通过试验验证了采用修正后的计算公式可有效减小侧面散热对测量结果的影响。最后就如何提高硅酸钙板导热系数测试准确性、减少误差提出了建议。
Calcium silicate board is a new type of building energy-saving material. Thermal conductivity is a very important physical parameter which reflects its thermal insulation. The principles of measuring thermal conductivity of calcium silicate board are discussed through guarded hot plate apparatus, and the shortcomings of this method are pointed out. The natural convection empirical formula is used to improve the data processing, the effect of elimination of heat from the side of sample is reduced. Finally, some suggestions are proposed to improve the test accuracy and reduce errors.
