摘要
目的：探讨妇科恶性肿瘤与代谢综合征之间可能存在的关系。方法选择2011年3月-2014年3月到我院手术治疗的215例妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为观察组，对照组患者为同期来我院手术治疗的妇科良性肿瘤患者215例，分析两组患者的一般资料、体格检查情况、实验室指标及代谢综合征发生率。结果观察组收缩压、舒张压、体质指数及腹围均明显较对照组高，空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR、三酰甘油水平与对照组比较均明显较高，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与对照组比较明显较低，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。观察组代谢综合征发生率与对照组比较明显较高，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者比妇科良性肿瘤患者具有更高的代谢综合征发生率，两种疾病相互影响，临床应采取措施对代谢综合征进行有效控制以利于妇科恶性肿瘤的预防及治疗。
Objective To investigate the possible relationship between gynecologic malignancies and metabolic syn-drome. Methods A total of 215 cases with gynecologic malignancies were collected from March 2011 to March 2014 in our hospital and they were considered as the observation group , the control group of 215 cases with benign gynecologic were collected on the same period as observation group in our hospital for surgery , the general information , physical examination, the laboratory parameters and the incidence of metabolic syndrome in two groups were analyzed. Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, body mass index and abdominal circumference in the observation group were significantly higher than control group, the fasting glucose, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, triglyceride levels were higher than the control group, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower than the control group, there were significant differences between two groups （P 〈0.05）. The metabolic syndrome incidence in the ob-servation group was significantly higher than the control group , there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The metabolic syndrome incidence of gynecological cancer patients is higher than benign gyneco-logic, two diseases interact each other, and take measures to effectively control the metabolic syndrome conducive can help prevent and treat gynecologic malignancies.
