摘要
本文就如何快速、准确地检索法学学科中英文论文被引情况进行研究，中文被引检索主要介绍了中文社会科学引文数据库（CSSCI）、中国期刊网（CNKI）和Google Scholar中的检索，英文被引检索主要介绍了SSCI和三大法律数据库检索。最后，本文认为应该建立国内引文检索和引文数量统一的标准和统一的引文检索平台。
The paper does research on how to search the cited frequency of English or Chinese papers in the discipline of law.
