摘要
我国法律文献分类既有其特点,又有一定缺陷。法律文献分类应当与法学学科的分类相适应,这样,才能提高法律文献分类的科学性和应用的效率。我国法律文献分类的改进不仅是必要的,而且也是可能的。
There are merits and defects in the current classification of legal documents in our country. The classification of legal documents should correspond to the classification of academic subjects in law so as to make the classification more scientific and practical. Improvement of legal document classification is both necessary and possible.
