摘要
目的比较48批次同一来源不同采收期橘皮中多糖类成分随采收时间的动态积累规律,研究橘皮药材多糖类成分的积累与采收时间之间的相关性。方法采用定点、定植株、定品种的方法收集不同采收时间的橘皮,通过Sevage试剂反复除蛋白制得精制陈皮多糖,计算陈皮多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子f;运用正交试验法优选陈皮多糖最佳显色条件,采用紫外分光光度法测定不同采收时间橘皮药材中多糖类成分的含量。结果四川、重庆产的红橘皮中多糖含量的整体变化趋势随采收时间的增加而不断增加,最后呈稳定趋势,即随着橘皮药材的成熟度的增加多糖含量亦随之增加。结论该研究为橘皮药材多糖类成分的深入研究和相应采收期的制定以及橘皮药材质量标准的提升提供了一定的参考,亦为阐释青皮、陈皮"一体二用"和同源而不同效的物质基础差异提供依据。
Objective To compare 48 batches from the same source in different harvest orange peel polysaccharides with dynamic accumulation of harvest time,and to research orange peel herbs polysaccharides of accumulation and the correlation between the harvest. Methods Using fixed- point,fixed plant, variety of methods to collect different harvesting time of Orange poel, repeated addition by Sevage reagent protein purification polysaccharide from pericarpium citri reticulatae, calculation Citrus polysaccharide of glucose conversion factor f ; using the orthogonal experiment optimal pericarpium cirri reticulatae polysaccharide best colored condition, UV spectrophotometry using different harvesting time orange peel herbs polysaccharides content. Results Through a sys- tem of fixed - point, fixed plant, varieties of different harvest time, Sichuan, Chongqing produced different orange peel of polysac- charide content in medicinal plants, the research discovered Citrus tangerina Hort. et Tanaka produced in Sichuan and Chongqing content of polysaccharides in red made in the overall trend of increasing with the increase in harvest time, finally show a stable trend,that is, with increasing maturity of the cellulite herbal medicine polysaccharide content also increased. Conclusion The studies for orange peel herbs polysaccharides of the corresponding harvest components of further research and development as well as cellulite improvement of quality standards provide a reference, also for illustrating the Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, Peri- carpium Cirri Reticulatae ," One of the two with" and provide a basis for homologous and various difficulties with the material basis of differences.
