摘要
目的探析血液透析护理中应用控制论的临床价值。方法随机抽取2015年6月—2016年12月我院行血液透析治疗的120例患者为观察对象,按照入院先后顺序均分为对照组与干预组,每组60例患者。对照组患者应用常规护理,干预组患者护理中应用控制论,对两组患者并发症发生情况予以比较分析。结果对照组患者并发症发生率为28.3%,较干预组患者的11.7%升高,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析护理中应用控制论的临床价值非常高,可以明显减少并发症的发生。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of application of cybernetics in hemodialysis nursing. Methods From June 2015 to December 2016, 120 cases with line hemodialysis treatment were selected as observation object, according to the order in hospital were divided into control group and intervention group, 60 cases in each group. Control group patients used conventional nursing, nursing intervention group patients was in the application of control theory, comparative analysis to two groups of patients with complications occurrence. Results The incidence of complications was 28.3% in the control group patients, 11.7% of the patients in the intervention group, increased significantly, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of cybernetics in hemodialysis nursing clinical value is very high, can significantly reduce the complications.
