摘要
目的研究羌药美吉日思的急性毒性反应及姆玉火吉F3号和手法药酒的外用安全性。方法美吉日思按最大浓度、最大给药量一次灌胃小鼠后,观察14 d内急性毒性反应;姆玉火吉F3和手法药酒皮肤外用,观察14 d内大鼠皮肤急性毒性、7 d内家兔皮肤刺激性和14 d内豚鼠皮肤过敏反应。结果羌药美吉日思未见明显急性毒性反应,美吉日思对小鼠的最大给药量为30 g/kg。姆玉火吉F3号和手法药酒对大鼠皮肤未引起明显毒性反应;对家兔完整皮肤无明显刺激性;姆玉火吉F3号和手法药酒对家兔破损皮肤有轻度刺激性;对豚鼠无致敏性反应。结论羌药美吉日思、姆玉火吉F3号和手法药酒临床应用较安全;在外用于皮肤破损处时,应关注姆玉火吉F3号的刺激性反应,或者应慎用于皮肤破损处。
Objective To study the cute toxic reaction and the safety induced by Meijirisi, Muyuhuoji F3, and Medical Wine of Qiang Nationality in China. Methods Mice were given single dose with intragastric administration of Meijirisi to observe the cute toxic reaction for 14 days. Animals were coated with Muyuhuoji F3 and Medical Wine,observe the acute toXic reaction of rats for 14 days, observe the skin irritation of rabbits for 7 days, and observe the skin allergic reaction of guinea pigs for 7 days. Result- s There was not obvious cute toxic reaction of Meijirisi for mice, and the maximum dose of Meijirisi for mice was 30 g/kg. For Muyuhuoji F3 and Medical Wine, there was no obvious cute toxic reaction for rats; there was no obvious skin irritation for intact skin, and minor skin irritation for damaged skin of rabbits ; there was no allergic reaction. Conclusion Meijirisi, Muyuhuoji F3, and Medical Wine of Qiang Nationality in China were safe in clinic. It was suggested that there should be more attention to the skin irritation or cautious to the damaged skin.
