摘要
医院文化建设是医院持续、稳定、健康发展的深层动力,是医院全体员工的精神支柱。面对新形势、新环境、新任务,军队医院应当充分认识和理解文化建设创新的功能作用,遵循先进性、实效性、群众性、可操作性原则,并与创建品牌、医德医风、凝聚精神、持续发展相结合,进而促进又好又快地跨越式发展。
Cultural construction is the motivation of the sustained,stable and healthy development for hospitals,which is also the spiritual support of all the staff. Facing the new situation,new environment,and new tasks,the functional role of the cultural construction will play innovation roles in hospital development. To realize it,the principles should be followed as advance,effective,popular and operability. It should be combined with brand construction,medical ethics,sedulousness,and sustainable development,thus to promote the sound and rapid development of the hospital.
