摘要
军队卫生是国家卫生事业的重要组成部分,随着国家医改工作全面启动,盘活军队卫生资源,改革传统思维定式,提高保障效能,是每位卫生工作者不容回避的现实问题。本文以创新的视角,围绕军队卫生事业费长效增资机制、供应保障模式、稽核管理中心、量化考评指标体系等方面进行了深入探索,并指出了实施中应把握的重点方面。
Military health service is an important part of national health system.With the comprehensive start-up of national medical service reform,every medical personnel cannot avoid these realistic problems,such as how to make military health resource efficient,to reform traditional ossification and to improve support efficiency and ability.With the creative angle viewpoint,the article pointed out the keys that should be predominated for bringing into effect,by thoroughly studying the system of long-term increasing military health expenditure,patterns of support and service,checking management center and index of quantitative evaluation.It must be helpful for improving military medical reform and researching the support and service system of medical funds.
