摘要
采用水培实验,以不同质量浓度的铬溶液胁迫旱伞草(Cyperus alternifolius),研究其对旱伞草总叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量、游离脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量的影响,并对旱伞草对铬的去除效果进行了测定。结果表明,铬胁迫使旱伞草的叶绿素含量下降,叶绿素a/b含量比上升;过氧化氢酶活性增强,超氧化物歧化酶活性降低;丙二醛含量先降低后升高;游离脯氨酸先降低后稳定;过氧化物酶活性在低浓度铬胁迫时出现降低,在高浓度铬胁迫时出现升高;蛋白质含量的减少后稳定,由此说明旱伞草对铬胁迫具有一定的抗逆性和耐受性。在培养液中,在铬质量浓度分别为2 mg/L、5 mg/L和10 mg/L胁迫下,六价铬的去除率分别达到了96.88%、92.55%和46.5%;总铬的去除率分别达到了76.4%、73.18%和36.83%。这说明旱伞草对低、中浓度的重金属铬具有较好的去除效果。
A controlled hydroponics experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations of chromium on the total chlorophyll content, protein content, free proline content, malondialdehyde content of the wetland plant Cyperus alternifolius. The vegetation of experiment was collected from natural lakes and wetlands in Qionghai of Xichang City. The removal rates of chlorophyll by Cyperus alternifolius were also studied. The results showed that under chromium stress, the contents of total chlorophyll dereased, the ratio of the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophll b increased, the activity of catalase increased, the activity of superoxide dismutase decreased, malondialdehyde content decreased first and increased later, free proline decreased at the beginning and then stabilizes. The activity of peroxidase were decreased at low concentrations of chromium, but were enhanced at high concentrations. Protein content decreased at beginning and then stabilizes. All the physiological indicators of Cyperus alternifolius indicated that the plant display resistance and tolerability to chromium. The removal rate of hexavalent chromium were about 96.88%, 92.55% and 46.5% un- der different chromium concentrations of 2 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L, and the removal rate of total chromium were about 76.4%, 73.18% and 36.83%. Cyperus alternifolius showed high removal rate for low and middle concentrations of chromium.
