提高注射用白油佐剂免疫效果的研究

摘要 为了提高注射用白油佐剂的免疫效果,在前期研究的基础上,参照国外注射用白油MK的馏分烃类组成及含量,制备3批注射用白油(JH),以免疫效果较好的国内注射用白油(JLT8、ZJ)和进口注射用白油(MK、SNB)作参照,进行注射用白油质量检测、馏分烃类组成及含量、碳数分布等分析,制备新城疫灭活疫苗进行免疫效果研究。结果表明:制备的3批注射用白油样品均达到各项标准,综合免疫效果顺序是JH2〉MK〉JH1〉JLT8〉ZJ〉SNB〉JH3;运动黏度约5.53、链烷烃含量约54.0%、总环烷烃含量约45.9%、碳数C16~C20为5.51%的白油制备疫苗的免疫效果较好。 In order to improve the immune effect of domestic white oil adjuvant,three batches of white oil(JH)based on former study and by reference to the content and formation of hydrocarbon types in distillates of foreign white oil(MK)were produced.Domestic white oil(JLT8)and foreign white oil(MK,SNB),which had better immune effect,were used as the control to test the quality of JH and analyze its content and composition of hydrocarbon types in distillates and carbon distribution. After that 3 batches of Newcastle disease inactivated vaccines were prepared to analyze the immune effect. The results showed that all 3 batches of white oil were up to the standards. The order of immune effects was JH2〉MK〉JH1〉JLT8〉ZJ〉SNB〉JH3. It concluded that the white oil with dynamic viscosity was about 5.53,chain alkane content was about 54.0%,total ring ankane content was about 45.9%,carbon number C16 to C20 was about 5.51% was suitable for production of activated vaccine.
