摘要
介绍305/70R19.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径921mm,断面宽309mm,行驶面宽度256mm,行驶面弧度高9.47mm,胎圈着合直径493.5mm,胎圈着合宽度242mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.021,胎面采用4条直线形花纹沟设计,花纹深度15mm,花纹饱和度76.1%,花纹周节数55。施工设计:胎面采用3层设计,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型、蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能符合相关设计和标准要求。
The design of 305/70R19.5 truck and bus sign, the following parameters were taken:overall diamet radial tire er 921 m was described. In the structure de m,cross-sectional width 309 mm, width of running surface 256 mm,height of running surface 9.47 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 493.5 mm, bead width at rim seat 242 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2 ) 1. 021,4 linear grooves,pattern depth 15 mm,block/total ratio 76.1G ,and total number of pitches 55. In the construction design, the following processes were taken: three layer structure for tread, 3+9+15X0.175+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply,3+8X0.33ST steel cord for 1~ and 2u belt ply, 3;〈4X0.22HE steel cord for 3^# belt ply,3X7X0.20HE steel cord for 0~ belt ply;using single stage three drum building machine to build tires and steam press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that, the peripheral dimension, strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of the design and relevant standards.
