介绍6.50R16LT 12PR全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径750 mm,断面宽186 mm,行驶面宽度150 mm,行驶面弧度高4.5 mm,胎圈着合直径403 mm,胎圈着合宽度152 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.077 8,胎面花纹采用4条主花纹沟设计,花纹深度12.5 mm,花纹饱和度78.2%,花纹周节数78。施工设计:采用双复合挤出胎面,带束层采用3层3×0.2+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线,采用两鼓一次法成型机成型、B型双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能均符合相关设计和国家标准要求。
The design on 6.50R16LT 12PR light truck and bus radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 750 mm, cross-sectional width 186 mm, width of running surface 150 mm, arc height of running surface 4.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 403 mm, bead width at rim seat 152 mm, maximum width position of cross-sectional (1-11///2) 1.077 8,4 main pattern grooves, pattern depth 12.5 ram,block/total ratio 78.2%, and number of pattern pitches 78. In construction design, the following processes were taken: co-extruded tread, 3 layers of 3 ×0.2 + 6 ×0.35HT steel cord for belt, 3 +9+ 15 × 0. 175 + 0. 15 steel cord for carcass ply, and using two drum one stage building machine to build tires and curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance, high speed performance and endurance performance reached the requirements of design and corresponding standards.
