摘要
目的探讨未经任何抗病毒药物治疗的慢性乙肝患者HBV DNA载量与YMDD自然变异之间的关系。方法筛选51例未经任何抗病毒药物治疗的慢性乙肝患者,检测HBV DNA载量与YMDD变异情况。结果 51例标本中检出YMDD变异株13例(25.5%),其中YIDD变异1例,YVDD变异7例,共生变异(YIDD+YVDD)5例;未检出YMDD变异株38例(74.5%)。结论未经任何抗病毒药物治疗的慢性乙肝患者存在YMDD自然变异,其自然变异的发生率与HBV DNA载量呈正相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between HBV DBA load and YMDD mutations in chronic hepatitis B patients without using any antiviral drugs.Methods Fifty-one cases of chronic hepatitis B patients not treated with lamivudine were detected of HBV DNA load and YMDD mutation.Results Of 51 samples YMDD strains were found in 13 cases（25.5%）,including 1 case of YIDD mutation,7 cases of YVDD mutation,5 cases of symbiotic variation（YIDD ＋ YVDD）,and YMDD mutation was not detected in 38 cases（74.5%）,in which there were natural variations of YMDD.Conclusions for Chronic hepatitis B patients who were not treated with antiviral drugs had natural variations of YMDD,the occurrence of which was positively related to HBV DNA load.
