摘要
目的建立以临床医学工作项目为导向的生物化学教学模式。方法分析临床专业人才培养目标和对基础课的要求,制定生物化学课程标准,运用案例法、以问题为中心法、讲授法等多种教学方法,完善教学手段,丰富网络教学资源,拓展课堂教学。结果构建了切合实际的生物化学课程教学模式,提高了教学效果。结论以工作项目为导向的生物化学教学模式下,学生能扎实掌握生物化学课程基本理论和基本技能,为专业课教学打下坚实的基础。
Objective The teaching mode of biochemistry was established in clinical medical work project oriented. Methods The author analysed the training target of clinical medicine and the requirements for the basic course in clinical medicine,and worked out biochemistry curriculum standard,then used a variety of teaching methods,for example,clinical case analysis,problem centered teaching method,lecture method and so on. Also we improved and perfected technology means,and enriched the network curriculum resources to expand extracurricular teaching. Results The matter-of-fact teaching mode of biochemistry was structured. The teaching effectivenesses had been improved. Conclusion The clinical students have grasped the basic theories and skills of biochemistry under this teaching mode of biochemistry that layed solid theory foundations for clinical course teaching.
