摘要
通过分析H2S对天然气输送管道的危害和影响,提出高含硫管道的焊接技术要求,并据此优选焊材,设计坡口型式及焊接方法,确定最佳焊接工艺参数,制订合理的焊后热处理工艺措施。力学性能试验表明,该焊接接头常规力学性能符合标准规范的要求,而且具有良好的抗氢致开裂和应力腐蚀开裂性能,该工艺技术在工程中获得了良好的应用效果。
By analyzing the harm and influence of H2S on gas pipeline,the welding technical requirements of sulfur-rich gas pipeline are presented. Then the welding material,groove type and welding method,optimal welding parameters and the reasonable post-weld heat treatment process are determined according to the requirements. The mechanical tests show that the joint regular properties satisfy the requirements of related standard and code,furthermore the resistance to HIC and SSC is good. The welding technology has good application effect in engineering.
