普光气田耐高压高含硫酸气管道的焊接及热处理工艺 被引量:5

摘要 普光气田是高压高含硫气田,地面集输管网采用全湿气加热保温混输工艺,管道材料采用抗硫碳钢等,焊接工艺复杂。文章阐述了耐高含硫酸气管道的选择、焊接、热处理工艺;耐酸气管道焊接的技术难点;耐酸气管道关键焊接技术(金属粉芯半自动下向焊接技术和厚壁集输管道温度控制技术等)。工程实践表明:集输管道焊接一次合格率为95.3%,返修合格率100%。 Puguang Gas Field is a high pressure and rich sulphur gas field. In its surface gathering pipeline network, the mixed transportation process in full moisture with heating and thermal insulating method is adopted, the pipe material used is anti-sulphur carbon steel needing a complicated welding process. In this paper, the selection, welding, heat treatment process and the key welding techniques such as metal power core semiautomatic downward welding and the thick wall pipeline welding temperature control for the gas pipelines resisting high pressure and rich vitriol gas are expatiated. The welding practice shows that the primary quali- fied welding rate of the gathering pipelines is 95.3% and the qualified repair rate reaches 100%.
