摘要
车架作为汽车车身的重要组成部分,是汽车的主要承载部件,车辆所受到的各种载荷最终传递到车架,车架设计的好坏直接影响车辆的安全性能。主要通过对某车架在不同工况下的静力分析及在无约束情况下进行模态分析检验是否符合设计要求,基于三维软件建立车架模型,对某车架的结构和受力情况进行分析,通过用专业划分简化模型软件对模型进行简化,去除多余模型。最后用UG软件对车架进行静力分析和模态分析,通过应力分析结果得出车架的最大应力、变形量的分布及模态频率,以确定车架的安全性。
The frame as an important component of the BIW, is the main bearing parts. Because various load eventually passed to the frame, frame design quality directly affects the frame safety factor. This paper mainly analysis the frame stress and deformation in different condition and analysis the mode without the constrained condition.Though the analysis, we will test the frame quality.Optimize the frame on the statical condition and mode condition. By analyzing data of the result, the relationship of the thickness and inherent frequency is derived to guid design and optimize the frame And then design the welding fixture for the beam and flat part. Build frame model based on 3D software, analyze the frame structure by UG.
