摘要
介绍了水陆两栖专用车车架的结构特点,在ANSYS中建立了基于板壳单元的车架有限元计算模型,并利用link11与beam4单元模拟悬架,对该有限元计算模型作了满载静态工况下的应力及变形分析,校核了该车架的强度与刚度,并对车架作模态分析,得到了车架的固有频率及振型特征,并提出了设计车架的改进意见。
The structural feature of the special purpose vehicle frame are presented based on the practical design of the special purpose vehicle. The finite element calculation model of this frame is established in ANSYS software based on the shell elements. The link 11 element and beam 4 element are used to imitate the suspension system. The finite element model is calculated with the stress and deformation analysis at full static load to check the strength and stiffness of the frame. The modal analysis of this finite element calculation model is carried out to obtain the flame nature frequency and vibration mode. And the opinion for the flame's structural optimization is put forward.
