摘要
为了有效利用电石渣资源,本文研究以电石渣为原料两步法制备高纯度氧化钙的工艺。利用单因素实验进行优化,得到最佳工艺条件为:电石渣与氯化铵质量比0.6∶1、电石渣与草酸铵质量比1∶1.2、终点pH4.4、氨水滴加速度3 mL/min、温度25℃,产品纯度高达99.05%,电石渣中氧化钙回收率为84.02%。该工艺实现了电石渣变废为宝,为电石渣资源化利用开辟了新途径。
To make use of the carbide residue resources effectively, this study is based on the carbide residue as the raw material, by twostep process to prepare the high purity calcium oxide. By the single-factor experiment, the optimal conditions of the preparation show that:the mass ratio of carbide residue and ammonium chloride is 0.6 : 1, the mass ratio of ammonium oxalate and carbide residue is 1.2 : 1, the final pH is 4.4, the dropping speed of ammonia water is 3mL/min, the process temperature is 25℃. The result shows that the purity of the product is 99.05% and 84.02% of calcium oxide in the carbide residue can be reclaimed. This process can turn waste into treasure and provide a new approach for the utilization of carbide residue.
