摘要
模拟实际生产石灰乳在塔内的鼓泡碳化反应,在自制的玻璃塔内进行了实验.通过对碳化反应中各个基本反应的分析,确定了反应控制步骤,并依据在283K、288K、293K、298K温度下碳化反应的气液固三相数据,建立了碳化反应动力学方程,得到了CO2和OH的级数分别为0.97和1.03,总反应级数为2.00.本研究为碳酸钙合成过程中温度、二氧化碳浓度和石灰乳浓度的调整提供了一定理论基础.
Simulating the industry production of carbonation reaction between dioxide gas and a milk of lime in tower, the experiment has been carried out in homemade glass tower. Though analyzing the each step reaction in the Ca(OH)2- CO2-H2O system, the speed controlling step was found, the reaction kinetic of this system at 283 K, 288 K, 293 K, 298 K has been studied and the reaction kinetic equation has been set up. This study provide some guidance to control the reaction temperature, concentration of CO2 and calcium hydroxide.
