摘要
使用FEA和CFD软件对一个16缸的中速柴油机的冷却水系统进行了数值模拟。首先先对整个冷却水套模型进行适当的网格划分,并经过一定时间的计算,得到比较精确的结果。在这一步中,选出冷却水的流量最小的那一个气缸,对此气缸进行更好质量的网格划分,然后加载进出口边界条件,进行更细致的流场分析。
The FEA and CFD software is used for a 16-cylinder medium-speed diesel engine cooling water system to be simulated. First of all, the cooling water jacket model is properly meshed, and calculated after a certain time to get more accurate results. In this step, the cylinder with the smallest cooling water flow rate is selected. The cylinder is meshed for the better quality of grid, then boundary conditions of imports and exports are loaded, for a more detailed analysis of the flow field. Analysis of the results shows that the 8th cylinder of cooling jacket has the lowest average flow velocity and the weaker cooling effect. In the bridge of the nose section of the cylinder(near the exhaust pipe), cooling water velocity is slow.
