摘要
利用计算流体力学商用软件FLUENT对CA498柴油机的冷却水套进行了模拟,给出了整机冷却水套内冷却液的流场、传热系数分布和压力损失。水套总压力的计算结果为40kPa。气缸盖水套保证水流速度高于0.5m/s,冷却良好。气缸体水套结构需要改进,以清除局部冷却液死区,进一步改善冷却均匀性。机油冷却器冷却水腔的流动保证了足够的传热系数。
Simulation calculation of fluid flow in cooling water jacket of CA498 automotive diesel engine is performed by means of computational fluid dynamics software package FLUENT. Results demonstrate flow field, heat transfer coefficient distributions and pressure losses in engine water jacket. Total pressure loss through water jacket is 40 kPa. Flow velocity in cylinder head water jacket is always higher than 0.5m/s, assuring good cooling effect. Cylinder block water jacket needs modification to eliminate local flow stagnation so as to improve cooling uniformity. Coolant flow in oil cooler jacket is sufficient for oiltocoolant heat transfer.
