摘要
利用反相色谱和液质联用技术与设备 ,对米糠中 γ-谷维醇进行了分离、鉴别研究。通过实验 ,检测了 γ-谷维醇的组成 ,确定了液相分离条件。实验表明 ,对于分析 γ-谷维醇 ,液质联用是一种可靠的、有效的分离、检测手段。
Oryzanol, active material from rice bran, was purified and identified by a novel method:LC/MS. The separating condition for the HPLC and ESI mass condition were tested. The results indicate that LC/MS method is reliable and effective to separate and to identify γ oryzanol.
