产碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药机制及治疗进展 被引量:8

摘要 产碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌(KPC)的增多已成为国内外医院抗感染治疗的主要问题。KPC对大多数临床使用的抗生素产生耐药性,包括现有的β内酰胺酶类、氟喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类等。KPC感染治疗的研究很少,主要局限于案例和病例报告。1 KPC酶流行情况及分类特点目前产KPC酶的细菌已经在全球范围内广泛播散,自2001年在美国北卡罗来纳州肺炎克雷伯菌中发现由质粒介导的碳青霉烯类酶KPC-1[1]到2004年纽约州质粒介导的KPC一3的肺炎克雷伯菌引起的感染,仅几年时间,KPC内酰胺酶已在美国,特别是美国东北部各州蔓延,在局部造成暴发流行。
