摘要
开发了一种铸件配料系统。根据选择的材料、牌号从数据库中选取对应的化学成分;根据熔炼用炉和铸件牌号选取对应的合金元素烧损率;对由数据库中读取的数据,允许用户自行修改数值;用户自由输入希望使用的原材料的化学成分和价格;在用户输入过程中,通过"输入限制"算法对用户的输入进行规范化,以保证输入的有效性;对用户输入或者选择的各项参数进行处理,通过合理的数学建模、分析计算以及结果优化等步骤,在满足有害杂质含量不超标及整体价格最低的条件下给出最优化的原材料配比方案。该铸件配料系统也是消失模铸造工程训练教学课件的组成部分,简单地介绍了该系统与课件的链接。
The objective of this work was to develop The corresponding chemical composition are selected a raw material mixing system for cast production. from database after giving material and its grade as inputs. The alloy elements burning loss rate are chosen based on the melting furnace and casting grade. Users are allowed to modify the data read from the database and are free to input the chemical elements and prices of the raw materials. A "constrained input" algorithm is used to make sure the user "s inputs are standard and valid. After user's inputs and set parameters are processed, mathmatieal models, analytical computation are done and its results are optimized to yield the most optimized raw material mixture ratio, with the lowest cost and rate of impurity below the threshold.
