摘要
针对传统测温方法精度低、数据处理繁琐等缺陷,根据温度场数据采集的要求,研制了采样频率可达40 kHz、采样误差<0.2%、采集时间仅受计算机物理存储空间容量限制,具有W in-dows图形界面的多通道温度场计算机采样系统.系统应用于厚大断面球墨铸铁件凝固温度场的测试,准确记录了长达12 000 s的凝固过程和温度分布,为工艺设计和铸件质量控制提供了依据.
Based on analogue - to - digital conversion technology and object oriented program method, a new automarie multichannel data acquisition system of ISA bus interface is developed. Without the limitations of traditional instruments, such as low precision, limited measuring points and difficulty of data processing, this system provides 16 channels of maximum 40 kHz sampling frequency to monitor temperature field. The sampling error of the system is less than 0.2% and the run time of it is limitless except deficient storage space of computer hard disk, which enables the system to automatically record the temperature field accurately in industrial condition for a long time. This system is applied to testing the solidification process of a heavy section ductile iron casting, with 12 000 s recorded and 72 000 precise temperature data obtained, which will be helpful for quality control of castings.
