摘要
以《食品安全法》和《食品安全法实施条例》为核心的法律、法规已初步建立了我国食品安全法律责任体系,提高了食品安全监管效能。但在我国食品安全领域内,仍然存在着许多难以彻除的隐患,生产、流通等领域的形势仍十分严峻。通过对我国食品安全监管机制进行分析,发现其中的不足继而针对食品安全监管标准和监管过程以及大众食品安全意识等方面提出具体建议,为进一步加强和完善我国食品监管工作提供参考,还民众一个健康、安全的食品环境。
Laws, rules and regulations with 'Food Safety Act' and 'Food Safety Regulations' as the core has standed up food safety legal liability system, improving the efficiency of food safety supervision. But in the domestic food safety field, there were still a lot of hidden troubles which were not easy to eliminate. The situation in production and distribution was still severe. By the analysis of the supervision mechanism towards current food safety law, it was natural to find the disadvantages and propose specific suggestions in the aspects of food safety regulatory standards and process as well as public food safety consciousness etc. so as to provide reference for further strengthening and improving the work of food safty supervision and create a comfortable and safe environment for the public.
