煤矿井下硬岩钻进用金刚石钻头研究综述 被引量:8

摘要 为解决煤矿井下硬岩钻进过程中钻速低、寿命短等问题,作者分析了国内外硬岩钻进用钻头的研究现状,并举例说明了现阶段煤矿井下硬岩钻进用PDC钻头的使用情况;结合煤矿井下钻探对钻头的要求,提出了从定制性能优良的PDC钻头,研究PDC复合型钻头以及开发金刚石孕镶钻头、聚晶钻头等三个方面解决煤矿井下硬岩钻进困难的建议。 In order to solve the problem of low drilling rate and short bitlife in hard rock,the research status of diamond bit used in hard rock is analyzed,and the PDC bits used was illustrated.Combined with the situation required for coal mine drilling,three suggestions were proposed to improve the drilling rate and bits life in hard rock,including the selection of PDC drilling bits,research on PDC compound bits and the development of impregnated diamond bits and polycrystalline diamond bits.
