摘要
为解决PDC钻头不适于砾岩钻进的难题,现场对出井钻头进行分析,结合井下运动状态,得出PDC钻头失效的主要原因是涡动作用的影响。涡动造成钻头井下运动失稳,使齿刃及复合片部位受到剧烈、不规则的载荷冲击,最终导致PDC钻头在砾岩层段钻进时过早失效。针对此情况,从设计理念及现场使用两方面进行探索改进,最终得到一套切实可行的PDC钻头防涡钻砾岩技术——在保持PDC钻头快速切削性能的基础上,通过提高钻头的平衡性、稳定性,采用合理的钻井参数和控制井眼扩大率等手段,有效预防PDC钻头在砾岩段的涡动形成,成功解决PDC钻头钻砾岩难题,大幅度地提高了钻井时效。
In order to solve problem of the PDC bit for drilling in conglomerate, according to on-site analysis of the bit out of well, and combining with underground operating performance, we found out that the main reason of PDC bit ineffectiveness is whirling func- tion. Whirling caused the operating unbalance of the bit underground in the well, it made that the tooth and composite sheet parts getting rough and irregular load impact, and finally this led to a too early ineffectiveness of the bit while drilling into the conglomerate layer. In view of this situation, the paper improves the technology by exploration from two aspects, the design concept and on-site utility, and at the end we get a set of feasible PDC bit drilling technology of anti-whirl through conglomerate layer --- on the basis in maintaining rapid cutting performance of PDC bit, by improving the balancing performance and stability, we take measures such as reasonable drill- ing parameters and control of hole enlargement ratio, etc., this technology prevents the whirling formation of PDC bit in conglomerate layer effectively, and solves the problem of PDC bit drilling through conglomerate successfully, and improves the drilling effectiveness by a large margin.
