摘要
以SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)作为乳化剂,利用高速搅拌乳化法制备了含油率(v/v)为5%~50%的煤油-水乳状液,考察了搅拌转速、搅拌时间、SDS浓度、含油率等因素对乳状液的静置沉降稳定性和平均粒径D(4,3)的影响。结果表明:在搅拌转速为15000rpm,搅拌时间120s,SDS浓度10mg/L时,可以得到较稳定的含油率30%的煤油-水乳状液(2hr内稳定性大于85%);提高搅拌转速、延长搅拌时间、提高乳化剂的含量有利于提高乳状液稳定性;为了制备相同平均粒径的乳状液,含油率高的乳状液需要更高的乳化剂浓度。
The kerosene-water emulsions with oil content(v/v)from 5%to 50% were made by high-speed shear method,with SDS(sodium dodecyl sulfate)as emulsifier.The effect of stirring rate,stirring time,SDS concentration and oil content on the emulsion stability and the mean droplet size D(4,3)were investigated.The experiment results indicated:a stable 30%(v/v)kerosene-water emulsion can be prepared with stirring rate 15000rpm,stirring time 120s,and SDS concentration 10mg/L,whose stability is above85% within 120minutes;the stability of emulsions can be improved by increasing the stirring rate,stirring time and the SDS concentration;to obtain emulsions with the same D(4,3),higher SDS concentration was necessary for the emulsion with higher oil content.
