球帽附着体种植覆盖义齿在萎缩下颌无牙颌的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨球帽附着体种植覆盖义齿修复萎缩下颌无牙颌的临床效果。方法:对下颌牙槽骨重度萎缩的15例无牙颌患者,在前牙区植入2-4枚种植体,利用球帽附着体固位制作覆盖义齿,1,3,6,12个月复查评价种植体和覆盖义齿的修复效果。结果:15例球帽附着体种植覆盖义齿修复后经12个月观察,义齿美观、舒适、固位稳定性好,发音清晰度、咀嚼能力明显提高。结论:球帽附着体种植覆盖义齿修复下颌牙槽骨严重萎缩的无牙颌患者可以取得满意的临床效果。 Objective: To study the clinical effect of implant-supported absorbed edentulous mandibular overdenture with ball-cap attachment. Methods: 15 eases of severely absorbed edentulous mandible were restored by 2-4 implants supported ball-cap attachment. The effect of restoration was investigated in 1, 3, 6, 12 months. Results: 15 implant supported ball-cap retained overdentures were stable and the fimction was good. Conclusions: Implant supported ball-cap attachment retained overdenture in absorbed edentulous mandible can achieve satisfied clinical effect.
