老年人跌倒相关性骨折的常见诱因 被引量:9

摘要 骨折是影响老年人健康和生活质量的常见疾病,跌倒是引起老年人骨折的主要危险因素。跌倒是指突发、不自主体位改变导致摔倒在地或一些更低平面,不包括暴力、意识丧失、偏瘫或癫痫发作所致的跌倒。国外研究表明,30%~40%的老年人每年至少跌倒1次,其中约10%可导致骨折。老年骨质疏松患者发生的股骨颈骨折约90%是由跌倒所致,其中20%在1年内死于各种合并症。由于跌倒引起骨折在老年骨折所占比例是多少?老年人跌倒相关性骨折的诱因是什么?为此,作者调查了近期入院的360例老年人(≥60岁)的骨折史,并进行分析探讨。
