老年人腰椎压缩性骨折调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 调查老年人发生腰椎压缩性骨折(下称腰椎骨折)的原因,分析减少老年人腰椎骨折的途径.方法 对817例老年人[男524例,女293例;年龄60~98,平均年龄(83±4)岁]的腰椎骨折史(包括腰椎骨折发生年龄和诱因)进行调查,并进行统计分析.结果 ≥60岁腰椎骨折发生率(7.59%)明显高于〈60岁(2.08%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);老年女性腰椎骨折发生率(11.95%)明显高于老年男性(5.15%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);诱发老年人腰椎骨折的常见诱因有步行滑倒、抬提重物、被车碰撞倒地和踩空等.结论 老年人(特别是老年女性)易发生腰椎骨折,而积极预防跌倒、被车碰撞倒地和踩空,避免抬提重物,可能是减少老年人腰椎骨折的有效手段. Objective To probe into the ways to decrease lumbar spine fracture by means of investigating lumbar spine fracture histories in 817 elder people. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted, which included 817 people aged from 60 to 98 years ( mean 83 + 4y, 64.14% male ) . The lumbar spine fracture histories of the subjects were closely examined. Results The incidence of lumbar spine fracture after 60 year-old was significantly higher than that before 60 year-old (7.59% vs 2.08 %, P〈0.001 ) ; and the incidence of lumbar spine fracture in elder women was significantly higher than that in elder men ( 11.95% vs 5.15 %, P〈0.01 ) . The most common inducing factors in elder people including slipping, carrying heavy, being knocked down by vehicle, and missing their steps. Conclusion The elder people, especially women are susceptible to lumbar spine fractures. The efforts to avoid slipping, carrying heavy, being knocked down by vehicle, and missing their steps are helpful to keep the elder people from suffering lumbar spine fractures.
