摘要目的探讨长期吸入小剂量布地奈得对哮喘儿童骨密度的影响。方法将56例2-6岁哮喘患儿分为3个治疗组,每天吸入布地奈得,剂量分别为100μg、200μg和300μg,持续6-12个月。于治疗开始、第6和第12个月采用定量超声骨强度检测骨密度,同期测量肺功能FEV1。结果哮喘患儿肺功能FEV1明显改善。治疗前后患儿骨密度无显著性降低(P>0.05)。结论长期吸入小剂量布地奈得不影响哮喘儿童的骨密度,且临床疗效满意。
