摘要
为了扩展芳基硼酸衍生物的应用领域,探索其作为有机阻燃剂的应用,设计并合成了一种新型芳基硼酸衍生物:三(4,4',4″-三硼酸-苯基)胺(3BzN-3B)。利用热重曲线和差示扫描量热曲线研究了3BzN-3B的热性能,研究结果发现3BzN-3B有较好的成炭性和较高的残炭率,其残炭率为49.1%,可作为一种有机阻燃剂使用。进一步利用热重曲线和扫描电镜研究了3BzN-3B对环氧树脂的阻燃性能,研究结果发现,随着3BzN-3B含量的增加,环氧树脂的残炭率逐渐增加,表明3BzN-3B在升温过程中,有促进环氧树脂成炭的作用。3BzN-3B是一种新型有机阻燃剂。
With the aim of developing novel organic flame retardant,aryl boric acid derivative tri-( 4,4',4″-boric acid) phenylamine( 3BzN- 3B) was synthesized. The thermal behaviour of 3BzN- 3B was examined by thermogravimetry( TG) and differential scanning calorimetry( DSC). The result showed that 3BzN- 3B had high char residue rate. The char residue rate of 3BzN- 3B is 49. 1%. 3BzN- 3B might be used as an organic flame retardant.The flame retardation properties of epoxy resin( EP) containing 3BzN- 3B were also investigated by TG and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). It was found that the char residue rate of EP was increased by increasing the content of 3BzN- 3B. 3BzN- 3B is a novel organic flame retardant.
