摘要
为了解决硼酸铝晶须及含硼类无机物的表面处理问题,通过给硼原子提供配位电子以改善硼酸酯水解稳定性的思路出发,进行分子结构设计,合成了具有氨基反应活性基团的硼酸酯偶联剂,用傅立叶变换红外光谱对硼酸酯进行了结构表征,研究了原料配比、带水剂用量、合成工艺对硼酸酯收率及反应速率的影响,并通过实验确定了最佳配方及工艺。同时对硼酸酯的物理性能、溶解性及水解稳定性进行了表征,结果表明,合成的硼酸酯偶联剂由于具有氮、硼内配位作用,表现出优良的水解稳定性和良好的溶解性,很好地解决了硼酸酯水解稳定性差的问题。
According to molecular design, a reactive inter-molecular-coordination borate eater containing nitrogen as coupling agent was synthesized. The structure of the borate ester was characterized by IR spectrum. The effects of materials ratio, amount of solvent, and synthetic processing to yield of the borate ester were discussed. And the optimum processing condition was selected. Its hydrolytic stability, solubility, and physical properties were investigated, also. The results indicated that the hydrolytic stability of inter-molecutar-coordination borate eater containing nitrogen is improved greatly, and for the existing of reactive radical (-NH_2), borate ester will be good coupling effect to inorganic compounds containing B.
