摘要
现有采用大气式燃气燃烧器的中餐燃气炒菜灶存在热效率低、燃烧不完全、燃烧噪声大等缺点。按照中餐燃气炒菜灶的自身特点及辐射传热理论,若采用红外线无焰燃烧可以大幅度提高其热效率,减少有害物质的排放。实验数据证明了中餐燃气炒菜灶采用红外线无焰燃烧是可行的。
:For the sake of solving these problems presents the infrared-ray combustion proposed for the gas-fuelled Chinese cooking gas appliance to solve the problems of low thermal efficiency high emission of CO and high combustion noise and the test of thermal characteristics with samples,and concludes from test results that the thermal efficiency is doubled and the emissions of the CO、NOx is 90% lower and the combustion noise is reduced by 25~30dB.
