摘要
对红外燃烧器头部能量损失系数计算中的火孔沿程阻力损失提出了修正 ,提出火孔内的温度分布对流动造成的影响。用已燃段内的加权平均温度 (着火温度、最高温度、火孔出口温度 )来代替火孔出口温度进行近似计算。对于人工煤气 。
In past calculation method the energy loss coefficient of infrared burner was put forward to modify. In this paper the calculating method is corrected to take into account the temperature profile effect within ports. A weighted-mean temperature of ignition/maximum/exit temperature should be used for correcting. For infrared burner fueled with manufactured gas design should be performed only according to experimental temperature profile within ports.
