摘要
传统城镇化是由政府推动和控制的,而新型城镇化是由市场决定的。在评价传统模式的基础上,构建了以企业为市场主体的城镇化演进模型,并在要素市场和产品市场上深入剖析市场主导下企业组织城镇化的各个环节,考察该框架的运作机制及保障机制,提出"政府引导、市场决定、企业组织、社会参与、居民自主"的新型城镇化模式。
The traditional urbanization was promoted and controlled by the government, but the new type should be driven by the market. On the basis of evaluating the old mode, this paper theoretically constructs an evolution model of urbanization, with firms as the main body of market, and deeply analyzes all links of market-driven urbanization operated by enterprises in both factor and product market, inspecting operation mechanism and safeguard mechanisms of the framework. It proposes a new urbanization mode of ＂government-led, market-driven, enterprisesoperated, society-participated, inhabitant- initiative＂.
