摘要
目的：规范上岗前职业健康检查工作，提高职业健康检查工作质量，保护劳动者健康权益。方法对吉林市8家用人单位2011～2013年上岗前职业健康检查情况进行现况调查，对在其中遇到的问题进行简单的分析与探讨，提出解决方法。结果只有1家用人单位能做到为劳动者进行上岗前职业健康检查，其余7家用人单位都不同程度的回避对劳动者进行上岗前职业健康检查。结论上岗前进行职业健康检查对给予劳动者更多安全保障，减少用人单位经济损失和社会负担，具有重要意义。

Conclusion Occupational health check before appointment to give workers more security, reduce the employer has the burden of economic loss and social significance.
