摘要
重视和加强幼儿园园长培训工作,建设一支高素质的园长队伍,是一项事关我国幼儿教育改革与发展的全局性、基础性工作,是实现幼儿教育事业发展和提高的关键之举。为了研制一套符合当前幼儿园园长需要的有效的培训实施方案,建构幼儿园园长培训的课程体系,我们课题组开展了对幼儿园园长培训工作的调查研究,了解幼儿园园长培训的现状、需求,并对幼儿园园长培训课程设置及培训模式提出了建议。
It is a global basic job to strengthen kindergarten principals training and build up a team of kindergarten principals with high quality, which is related to the reform and development of the infant education in our country. It is also the key measure to develop and enhance the infant education. In order to work out a workable training plan which can meet the requirements of kindergarten principals at present and construct the kindergarten principals training courses system, the subject research team has done a questionnaire survey, learning about the current situation and needs of kindergarten principals training and giving the suggestion on the construction of training courses and training models for kindergarten principals.
