摘要
MYB转录因子在次生细胞壁合成转录调控过程中发挥重要的作用。为了深入研究杨树Subgroup 4MYB转录因子的作用机制,应用酵母双杂交的方法,以杨树Subgroup 4 MYB基因Poptr_0004s18020.1(MYB221)、Poptr_0009s13640.1(MYB156)和Poptr_0019s00750.1(MYB057)为诱饵蛋白,从毛白杨次生维管组织均一cDNA文库中筛选互作蛋白,获得了9个与Subgroup 4 MYB互作的蛋白质,并通过生物信息学方法分析候选蛋白可能的生物学功能。为进一步研究杨树Subgroup 4 MYB转录因子的作用机制奠定了基础。
MYB transcription factors play important roles in transcriptionally regulating the synthesis of secondary cell wall. To further investigate the roles of Subgroup 4 MYB transcription factors in poplar, yeast two-hybrid system was used to find out the interactive proteins. The recombinants pDHB1-MYB057, pDHB1-MYB156 or pDHB1-MYB221 plasmids were used as bait plasmid to screen a cDNA library constructed from Populous secondary vascular tissue, and 9 interactive proteins were gotten. The potential functions of the candidate interaction proteins were analyzed using bioinformatics methods. This work will help to clarify the role of subgroup 4 MYB transcription factors in the synthesis of secondary cell wall in plants.
