摘要
依据静力学平衡方程和L-P寿命模型,在MATLAB平台上开发了轿车轮毂轴承单元疲劳寿命计算分析软件。软件分为输入输出模块、计算模块、绘图模块、辅助模块等。通过该软件,可以实现不同路况下轮毂轴承单元载荷分布、寿命的精确求解,能通过图形直观描述轴承设计参数(如初始轴向游隙、轮毂偏移量等)对轴承寿命的影响,并生成技术报告。
According to statics balance equations and L - P life model, a software is developed to calculate and analyze the automotive hub bearing fatigue life based on MATLAB. The software is composed of input/output module, calculation module, drawing module and aided module, which can be used for calculation of load distribution and life of hub bearing unit under different road conditions. The software use graphics to directly describe the effect of bearing design parameters (such as initial axial clearance, hub offset) on bearing life, and then a technical report is generated.
