摘要
在考虑接触角的变化和轴向预载荷影响的前提下,基于静力学分析方法建立两自由度的数学模型,介绍了精确求解轿车轮毂轴承载荷分布的数值方法,同时系统分析了侧向加速度和轴向预载荷对载荷分布的影响。轮毂轴承在合适的轴向预载荷状态下工作,可以获得最大的疲劳寿命。
With considering variation of contact angles and effect of axial preload, a mathematical model is put forward to study relationship between loads and displacements for double rows angular contact ball bearings of automotive wheels. The load distribution is obtained by using a numerical approach for automotive wheel bearings with an axial preloading under the radial and the lateral tire loads. The effeets of the lateral acceleration and the axial preloading applied to wheel hub bearings on the load distribution of the bearings have been analyzed. A practical application is given to illustrate the situation of the bearings mounted at the front driven axle. In order to get longer service life, a bearing should be kept working under a suitable axial preload, that is, a negative axial clearance.
