摘要
在室温固相研磨条件下,探讨了氧化铝用量、碱的种类、研磨时间对苯甲醛Cannizzaro反应产率的影响。结果表明:苯甲醛与NaOH混合、研磨10min,反应效果最佳,苯甲酸和苯甲醇产率分别为85%和62%。该研究缩短了反应时间,由传统实验总耗时28h缩减至4h。
The influence of the alumina amount, different alkalis, and grinding time on the product yield about Cannizzaro reaction of the benzaldehyde under solid-phase grinding at the room temperature. The result shows that the reaction has the best effect of 85% benzoic acid yield and 62% benzyl alcohol yield,after grinding the mixture of benzaldehyde and sodium hydroxide for 10 minutes. The reaction was completed within 4 h,reduced from 28 h by classical method.
