摘要
目的:探讨超声在诊断2型糖尿病常见眼部疾病的应用价值。方法:对2011年4月-2013年4月80例糖尿病合并眼病的患者资料进行分析,并与对照组进行比较,总结糖尿病眼部常见疾病的二维超声、彩色和频谱多普勒及超声造影(CEUS)的表现。结果:糖尿病眼部疾病中的玻璃体混浊、玻璃体积血、玻璃体机化、玻璃体后脱离及视网膜脱离的在二维声像图有特征性表现;糖尿病组CRA及OA流速均显著低于对照组,而RI、PI则显著增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CEUS可以提高眼部或病灶内血管的显示,鉴别诊断视网膜脱离及玻璃体积血等疾病。结论:超声在糖尿病眼部疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断及判断视网膜血流灌注等情况中有重要的应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonography in type 2 diabetic eye disease.Method:The ultrasound data of 80 diabetic patients with eye disease from April 2011 to April 2013 were analyzed .The two-dimensional ultrasound,colour dopple flow imageing,spectral doppler and contrast enhanced utlrasound(CEUS)performance were summarized. Result:The two-dimensional ultrasound images of the eye diseases in type 2 diabetic,such as vitreous opacities,vitreous hemorrhage,vitreous organization,vitreous detachment and retina detachment,had some specified traits. CRA and OA flow rate of the diabetic group were significantly lower than the control group,while the RI,PI was significantly increased(P〈0.05). CEUS can improve ocular or vascular lesions showed ,beneficial differential diagnosis of retinal detachment and vitreous hemorrhage and other diseases.Conclusion:Ultrasound has important applications in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of retinal perfusion and judgments,etc.in type 2 diabetic eye disease.
